Under Pressure (i.e., David Bowie)

I was digging around my kitchen this weekend and found a long lost item:  my pressure cooker.  I was looking at a bunch of stew recipes online, as well as other types of entrees, like a whole chicken, vegetables, and even desserts.  I think my first meal will be a traditional beef stew.  The one I'm looking at is very traditional and received 5 stars, with about 50+ votes.  The cooking time is less than 30 minutes, from start to end.  If it ends up being yummy, I will post the link to the recipe, along with pictures.  It's been ages since I've used it, so I'm pretty psyched up for it.
