Well, not really... but it's going to feel like it. My husband is going away for a week, so I have reign over the place! It will be fun to just to get a little peace and solitude. I will hopefully be able to make something creative. I think I may invite Rich over for a roasted chicken dinner. I'm thinking... mashed potatoes... buttered string beans... red wine... sounds good to me! Mmm-mmm!
There I go. Now I'm hungry.
I'll be posting a new cookie recipe that was inspired by my friend Rich's reaction after eating one.
